Handberg announced that Jadyn Howard Loman, 21, of Naples, has been charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. If convicted on all counts, Loman faces a minimum mandatory penalty of five years up to life in federal prison. The indictment also notifies Loman that the United States intends to forfeit two firearms traceable to the offense.
