On April 14, 2025, Castor reminded her constituents about an important deadline with an upbeat message: "Today is the last day you can RSVP! I hope to see you all tomorrow! RSVP here: https://t.co/VRIqaSMFnV".

The following day, April 15, 2025, Castor addressed legal immigration matters, emphasizing the legal status of individuals in the United States under specific humanitarian programs. In her tweet, she stated, "IMPT for Floridians and families: People who immigrated to legally w background checks per #CHNV humanitarian parole cannot be forced to depart. Trump's attempt to banish hundreds of thousands of people here legally 'undermines the rule of law.'"
