Tampa Police have arrested 25-year-old Dylan Fogle following an incident on August 13, 2024, that resulted in the death of one adult male and serious injuries to two other adult males.

On August 13, 2024, at approximately 4:19 a.m., officers responded to a truck vs. pedestrian crash in the parking lot of the Emperors Gentleman Club located at 5718 E. Adamo Drive.

Upon arrival, officers found the truck had crashed into the northern edge of the parking lot near the club’s loading dock area. Witnesses reported that the driver had just been kicked out of the club and then returned to drive the truck into a group of people standing at the entrance. Detectives determined through their investigation that Fogle had been removed from the club due to inappropriate behavior.

At the time of the crash, six people, including the three victims, were standing near the club’s loading dock where they were hit. As a result of the crash, Giovanni Soto was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other adult males sustained serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital. They have since been released.

Following the crash, Fogle was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained. At the hospital, it was determined that alcohol was a contributing factor to the crash as Fogle’s blood alcohol content was above the legal limit of 0.08.

After being medically cleared, he was transported to Orient Road Jail and charged with one felony count of murder in the first degree, two felony counts of attempted murder in the first degree, one felony count of vehicular homicide, two felony counts of DUI with serious bodily injury, and one felony count of DUI manslaughter.
