You, your family, and friends are cordially invited to a special candlelight ceremony in remembrance of your child, Sunday, December 12th at 1:30 PM.

On Saturday, December 11th, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM, you may come by the main entrance to the hospital to pick up your candle and keepsake gift. Please call Sayomara Rogers to reserve your candle and gift at (813) 844-3143.
If you plan to attend the service or if you are unable to attend but would like to have your baby’s name read during the candlelight service, call Sayomara Rogers by Wednesday, December 9th at 813-844-3143. For further information, call Frances Manali at 813-245-9066
Open the Zoom APP or the Zoom website and select JOIN A MEETING using the above information.
