The Tampa Convention Center has been nominated for the Best Convention Center (Regional – Southeast U.S.) in the Stella Awards for the third consecutive year. The center previously secured the top honor in this category in both 2023 and 2024.
“It is an honor to be considered for best convention center in the southeast for the third time," said David Ingram, Tampa Convention Center Executive Director. "Our team, including our exceptional service partners, has rightfully earned this reputation as a world-class destination and deserves this impressive recognition."
Members of the public can cast their votes for the Tampa Convention Center until May 2. The nomination is part of the Stella Awards, organized by Northstar Meetings Group, which acknowledges excellence among convention centers, conference centers, hotels, and other event suppliers. This year is the 9th installment of the awards, with over 1,000 nominations, marking it as the most competitive so far.
The Tampa Convention Center is one of five nominees in consideration for the Best Convention Center in the Southeast U.S. category. The nominees with the highest number of votes will proceed to the final round, judged by a panel of experts in the meeting industry. Winners will be announced on October 1.
