On Friday, March 21, former Westminster Academy standout Jaylen Carey’s current collegiate team the Vanderbilt Commodores lost 59-56 against the Saint Mary's Gaels in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rocket Arena, this was the first game against the Saint Mary's Gaels during the championship.

Jaylen Carey’s hometown is Davie and game position is point guard.
