Police seek help identifying credit card fraud suspect caught on camera

Tampa Police detectives are investigating a series of credit card fraud incidents that began in November 2024. The suspect, captured on camera, has used stolen credit cards to make unauthorized purchases at various locations across the city.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 235 pounds with a stocky build. Surveillance footage shows him making fraudulent purchases at International Mall and businesses in the Tampa Palms area, including Publix, Walmart, and 7-Eleven. Gift cards were among the items purchased.

Detectives have gathered video and photo evidence of the suspect and are seeking assistance from the community to identify him.
