Driver charged with DUI manslaughter in Tampa pedestrian crash

The driver involved in a fatal pedestrian crash on October 22, 2024, in Tampa has been arrested. The incident took place around 2:46 a.m. on the 400 block of S Howard Ave.

Pjeter Nesti Paci, a 27-year-old male, was taken into custody in Pinellas County. He faces charges of DUI Manslaughter as of November 1, 2024. Authorities have announced that Paci will be transported to Orient Road Jail at a later date.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
