Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the June 23 murder of Charles Jones, also known as "Julio Foolio," while two additional suspects remain at large. The Tampa Police Department and Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy to come forward.

The suspects charged include 21-year-old Alicia L. Andrews, 21-year-old Isaiah J. Chance, and 18-year-old Sean A. Gathright. Andrews and Chance face charges of premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm and conspiracy to commit premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm. Gathright is charged with two counts of premeditated first-degree murder with a firearm, three counts of attempted premeditated murder in the first degree with a firearm, and tampering with physical evidence.

The incident is reported to be gang-related, stemming from an ongoing feud between rival gangs in Jacksonville. According to authorities, between June 21-23, Isaiah Chance, Alicia Andrews, Sean Gathright, Davion Murphy, and Rashad Murphy conspired to kill Jones in retaliation for this feud.

“The City of Tampa is not where you want to come to settle a dispute. You will be arrested, you will be charged, and you will be prosecuted,” said Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw.

“There’s no place you’ll be able to hide if you commit a crime in Jacksonville or any other city in the state of Florida,” added Sheriff TK Waters of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

“These criminals decided to bring their fight to Hillsborough County. Let me be clear; the feud ends here,” stated Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez.

On June 23rd, Chance and Andrews tracked Jones and his entourage across multiple locations before coordinating an attack at Home2 Suites located at 11606 McKinley Dr., where Jones was killed by gunfire along with injuries sustained by three others.

Jones was identified as a member of the "6 Block" gang from Jacksonville. The feud involved rival gangs ATK and 1200; Isaiah Chance is documented as an ATK member while Rashad Murphy is identified as part of the 1200 gang.

On July 27th, SWAT teams apprehended Andrews and Chance at a residence without incident while Gathright was arrested at a local shopping center in Jacksonville. They are currently held at Duval County Jail.

Authorities continue their search for Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy. Individuals who may have information related to this case are encouraged to contact the Tampa Police Department or Crimestoppers of Tampa Bay.
