Our Homeless Liaisons are consistently busy in the community building partnerships to help better assist our homeless population.
This week they did a rolling outreach with businesses in downtown Tampa and Ybor City.
The partnerships we build with organizations like Gracepoint Wellness allow us to provide clients with documents and resources to prepare them for housing, as well as getting them on the list to be housed.
We want to encourage everyone in the community, businesses and citizens, to be involved with our outreach partners to help identify areas that may need assistance.
