Tampa Police Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.
Stump has been with the department since 2008. As a communication technician, Stump is a 911 Call Taker/Dispatcher, who has also spent time training new hires and is apart of the Tactical Dispatch Team. He is great with city geography, even troubleshooting and finding intersections that may have been omitted from the system.
In his down time, Stump designs toys and has had 3 designs produced over the last 5 years! Stump is also a Lucha Libre/Pro wrestling fan.
