Tampa Police are actively searching for Juliet Spalding-Billingslea, a 24-year-old woman who has been reported missing and endangered. She was last seen on October 30 and has not returned to her residence in the 100 block of S. Moody Ave. Her family is worried about her safety due to recent concerning statements she made.

Juliet is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be driving a 2007 black Lincoln MKZ with the Florida license plate GKGG08.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding Juliet's whereabouts to contact the Tampa Police Department at 813.231.6130 in hopes of reuniting her with her family.
