The City of Tampa is proud to team up with the HCC Foundation and other community partners for the 3rd annual Signing Day event. This interactive job fair and career pathways event will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Steinbrenner Field, located at 1 Steinbrenner Drive in Tampa.

Attendees can enjoy complimentary lunch from food trucks, free parking, prizes, interactive displays, music, the chance to network with hiring companies in five key sectors of the Tampa Bay economy, learn about career pathways and potentially get signed for a new job on the spot!

The event will feature booths from a variety of employers in exciting fields like construction, manufacturing, business and professional services, healthcare, and hospitality. Businesses scheduled to attend include Suncoast Credit Union, Coke Florida, Skanska, and Habitat for Humanity among many other Tampa Bay employers.

“There are so many opportunities for employment in a thriving city like Tampa, and Signing Day is our chance to help connect local job seekers with motivated hiring managers,” said Mayor Jane Castor. “We’re proud to showcase our city’s unwavering commitment to supporting our local community and fostering economic growth at this annual event.”

Signing Day is a team effort hosted in partnership with the City of Tampa, the HCC Foundation, Hillsborough Community College, Port Tampa Bay, the Tampa Bay Chamber and the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). Signing day helps participants connect to a career that will last a lifetime.
