On Feb. 28, Pedro Perez III sold their one bedroom, one bathroom home at 1915 E. Chelsea St., Tampa to Mandalay Homes Inc. for $50,000.

So far in February 2022, 613 properties sold in Tampa.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eulalia Perez, 96, was the only registered voter residing at 1915 E. Chelsea St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
