On March 28, Javier Leiva Basulto and Dailen Matos Sanchez purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5905 N. Fremont Ave., Tampa from 5905 Fremont Av Land Trust and Veronica Matteson (trust) for $450,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 4, 2021 for $210,000.

So far in March 2022, 734 properties sold in Tampa.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5905 N. Fremont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Elena Galeano, 63, and Monica Orrego, 55.
