The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kathy Castor, Castor for Congress, refunded $50 to Judith Rosenkranz on July 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Castor for Congress has refunded $50 total since Feb. 1.
