Balancing work and family obligations has long been the reality for women in the United States. The pandemic has been tough on women’s careers, forcing them out of the workforce at nearly 4x the rate of their male counterparts. Women are also more likely than men to own businesses in industries that have been hard-hit by the pandemic. Join us for a panel discussion on best practices and resources for supporting women entrepreneurs and women in the workforce.

Registration for this event will close on Monday, August 30th.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn how women have been disproportionately impacted by Covid-19.
  • Explore how employers can support women in their workforce.
  • Discuss how local female entrepreneurs were impacted by the pandemic and their response.
