The American Conference, East Carolina University, and the University of South Florida women’s basketball team have announced a schedule change for their upcoming game in Greenville, North Carolina. The matchup, originally set for later in the day on Wednesday, will now begin at 2 p.m.

The adjustment comes as a response to anticipated winter weather conditions in Greenville. Organizers stated that moving up the tip-off time is intended to ensure the safety of all participants and attendees.

Michele Woods-Baxter currently serves as interim head coach for the USF women’s basketball program. Over the past 25 seasons, the team has made 19 postseason tournament appearances and earned 10 NCAA Tournament berths. The Bulls have recorded twelve 20-win seasons, reached two WNIT Final Fours, and won the WNIT championship in 2008-09.
