As the 2025 NFL season approaches its conclusion, attention shifts to upcoming college all-star games that provide a first look at potential NFL prospects. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ scouting department is preparing to evaluate talent ahead of the draft, focusing on two key events: the East-West Shrine Bowl and the Panini Senior Bowl.

The East-West Shrine Bowl will be held in Frisco, Texas at Ford Center at the Star, which serves as the Dallas Cowboys’ training facility. The game is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27 at 7 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NFL Network. Practices are set from Friday, January 23 through Monday, January 26. Over the years, notable players such as Tom Brady, Walter Payton and Lawrence Taylor have participated in this event.

The Panini Senior Bowl takes place in Mobile, Alabama and has been a staple in pre-draft evaluations for more than seven decades. This year’s game will be played on Saturday, January 31 at 2:30 p.m. ET with coverage available on both NFL Network and NFL+. Practices begin Tuesday, January 27 and run through Thursday, January 29; daily coverage starts at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Both events offer teams an early opportunity to assess some of the top eligible college football players before Pro Days and the NFL Scouting Combine.
