For attendees paying the registration fee, the standard cancellation policy applies. Please click the Cancellation Policy button below for details.
For attendees paying with a member benefit code (available to Fit 3, Fit 4, and Partner level members - limit 2 per company), there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If cancellation is not received prior to June 7 at 7:30 a.m., and no substitute attendee is provided, a $40 no show fee will be charged. Substitutions may be provided up until the start time of the event on June 9.
