So far in January 2022, 253 properties sold in Tampa.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7018 Ponderosa Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mohamed Ouchiar, 48, and Awadallah Fuad Hammad, 43.
