The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Tampa rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 718 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 711 homes sold in Tampa in August 2020.
