This home last sold on Oct. 10, 2018 for $120,000.

So far in September 2021, 45 properties sold in Tampa.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 8311 N. 17th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kalyn Marie Ware, 26, Garrett Dean Ware, 22, Gordon D. Ware, 55, and Kelly M. Ware, 53.
