Wesley Chapel home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Wesley Chapel rose by $29,550 while total sales decreased by 62.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 198 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,550 - a 13.7% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 526 homes sold in Wesley Chapel in the first half of 2019.
