The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Wesley Chapel rose by $19,450 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $220,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Wesley Chapel in August 2019.
