The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced on May 18 that the ‘Raise The Flags’ docuseries will be broadcast on NFL Network from May 25 through May 29. Each night, two episodes of the ten-part series will air beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
The series is described as the most complete account of the Buccaneers’ history ever recorded. Originally premiering on Amazon Prime Video in December, it traces the team’s journey from its early struggles to its Super Bowl victories.
Commissioned and produced by Buccaneers Co-Owner Ed Glazer and directed by eight-time Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Trent Cooper, ‘Raise The Flags’ provides a behind-the-scenes look at key moments in franchise history. These include the team’s rise in 1979, its sale to the Glazer Family, and the acquisition of Jon Gruden that led to their first Super Bowl championship.
The documentary also covers the drafting and development of players such as John Lynch, Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, Ronde Barber and Mike Evans. It highlights how these talents contributed to shaping the club’s identity over time.
The series concludes with a look at Tampa Bay’s run to a second title in Super Bowl LV after signing quarterback Tom Brady. Fans are expected to gain new insight into pivotal events that have defined one of football’s notable franchises.
