Drivers in Tampa should prepare for increased traffic around the Tampa Convention Center and downtown area from July 16 to July 19. The Phi Beta Sigma International Conclave 2025 is expected to bring more pedestrians and vehicles during these days.

Morning traffic may be particularly heavy as event activities start at 8:00 AM daily. Both visitors and residents are advised to use alternative transportation methods such as the free TECO Line Streetcar, Dash service, HART buses, rideshare options, and rentable scooters. City parking garages will remain open.
