On Friday, April 4, former Tampa Preparatory School standout Ashley Shimberg’s current college team, the Florida Southern Moccasins, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Saint Leo Lions.

The game took place at Chris Bellotto Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Moccasins’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Chris Bellotto Field against Saint Leo Lions.
