Castor has served in Congress since 2007 after replacing Jim Davis as the representative for Florida’s 14th district. Before her tenure in Washington, she was a member of the Florida House of Representatives. Born in Miami in 1966, Castor currently resides in Tampa. She is an alumna of Emory University (BA) and holds a JD from Florida State University.
