U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor, who represents Florida’s 14th district in Congress, recently highlighted her participation in community events and announced an upcoming town hall meeting through a series of posts on social media.

Castor has represented Florida’s 14th District since 2007 after succeeding Jim Davis and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives. She was born in Miami in 1966 and currently resides in Tampa. Castor holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a law degree from Florida State University.
