On Friday, May 16, former H. B. Plant High School standout Ava Ramirez’s current collegiate team the Tampa Spartans won 5-0 against the Auburn Montgomery Warhawks in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field at 2 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Auburn Montgomery Warhawks in the tournament.

The Tampa Spartans’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 5 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field.
