Tampa Convention Center has announced the opening of a new FedEx store on its premises. FedEx has secured a contract to serve as the center’s shipping and printing provider and will be undertaking a full renovation of the facility’s Business Center.

The FedEx store is currently operational, providing limited services on the third floor between the West and Central Exhibit Halls. During renovations, FedEx will continue offering services and will move temporarily to the West Hall Show Office on the fourth floor.

Replacing services previously offered by The UPS Store, which ceased operation at the center on January 25, 2025, the new FedEx store is set to be outfitted with the latest customer service technology aimed at catering to event management, exhibitors, and attendees.

Tampa Convention Center expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “Tampa Convention Center looks forward to this new partnership and these latest improvements, as we constantly work to provide a world-class experience for clients and visitors.”

For more information on available services, interested parties can contact Keith Aldridge, Store Manager, at keith.aldridge@fedex.com or call 813-274-7840. Additional service details can be found on the Tampa Convention Center’s website.
