On September 9, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted an inspection of Columbia Food Service Company, Inc. in Tampa to assess risks related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA’s final report recommended that Columbia Food Service Company, Inc. voluntarily implement corrective measures to improve its operational management.
